Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests:

  • Cancellation requests must be communicated via email to reservation@leddhotels.com.
  • We do not accept cancellations through WhatsApp, Facebook, messages, or phone calls.
  • The refund process begins upon receipt of the cancellation email and refunds are typically processed within two weeks.

Cancellation Policy

  • 0 – 15 days prior to stay: No refund
  • 16 – 20 days prior to stay: 50% refund
  • 21 – 30 days prior to stay: 75% refund
  • More than 30 days prior to stay: Full refund

All No Shows will be charged as per the booking details.

All refunds will attract a 10% administrative charge and it would take a minimum of 10 working days.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and charges apply from the date of receipt of your cancellation request.
  • Refunds for cash payments are issued by cheque or bank transfer, while online bookings may take up to 45 working days to process.
  • Credit/debit card or PayPal cancellations are subject to an additional fee of 5%-13%.
