Cancellation Requests:
- Cancellation requests must be communicated via email to reservation@leddhotels.com.
- We do not accept cancellations through WhatsApp, Facebook, messages, or phone calls.
- The refund process begins upon receipt of the cancellation email and refunds are typically processed within two weeks.
Cancellation Policy
- 0 – 15 days prior to stay: No refund
- 16 – 20 days prior to stay: 50% refund
- 21 – 30 days prior to stay: 75% refund
- More than 30 days prior to stay: Full refund
All No Shows will be charged as per the booking details.
All refunds will attract a 10% administrative charge and it would take a minimum of 10 working days.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing and charges apply from the date of receipt of your cancellation request.
- Refunds for cash payments are issued by cheque or bank transfer, while online bookings may take up to 45 working days to process.
- Credit/debit card or PayPal cancellations are subject to an additional fee of 5%-13%.
